Shipping Methods

Attica:

1.: For pick-up from the Store

If you wish free pick-up from our store in Pikermi, you can select this option during your order process. Opening hours, map, and direct contact details can be found here.

2.: For delivery to your chosen location.

Charges are €3.6 for packages up to 1 kg, and €1.2 for each additional kilogram.
For hard-to-reach areas, there is an additional charge determined case by case by the shipping company.

3.: Cash on Delivery:

The choice of payment by cash on delivery is charged with an additional €2.5 including VAT per shipment.

Rest of Greece:

1.: Mainland Greece

Charges are €5.6 for Mainland Greece for packages up to 1 kg, and €1.2 for each additional kilogram.

2.: Island Greece

Charges are €6 for packages up to 1 kg, and €1.6 for each additional kilogram.

3.: Shipping via Transport Agency

For heavy items you want shipped, transport agency delivery is more cost-effective. The charge in this case is €6.2 per package depending on the agency and package volume; unfortunately, cash on delivery is not accepted. Payment of the order amount (excluding shipping costs, which are paid to the agency upon delivery) must be made by deposit to our bank account at one of the partner banks.
For hard-to-reach areas, there is an additional charge determined case by case by the shipping company.

4.: Cash on Delivery:

The choice of payment by cash on delivery is charged with an additional €2.5 per shipment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Our company undertakes packaging and shipping to all countries of the European Union. Charges and applicable VAT rates vary accordingly. The customer is informed in detail before shipping.
In some remote areas, courier delivery is still not possible. In such cases, shipping is done via postal service.
The time from the dispatch of your order until delivery to your address is 1-3 business days for Mainland and Island Greece, and 2-6 days for hard-to-reach areas.
